If you have received your item and you're not happy with it for whatever reason, you may begin a return process within 14 days of receiving your order, hassle free! Simply send us an email at hello@mamtastic.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you our return instructions.
If your order arrives faulty or you have received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return.
If your parcel gets lost or takes longer than 28 days to arrive, you will receive a full refund and you can keep the items for free if they still arrive.
Please note that for sanitary reasons, beyond our 14-day money-back guarantee, certain maternity and baby products can only be returned if unused. Safety of our customers and their little treasures is paramount to us, so certain items will only be refunded in full if returned in unused condition: this includes but is not limited to all types of underwear, teething toys, nappies, breast pumps and changing mats. You can still return them if you change your mind, but these products must be returned in new, unused condition. Returns have to be arranged in advance with photos sent to our email address (hello@mamtastic.co.uk) and accepted by MAMTASTIC. If the item is accepted but not returned in a re-saleable condition or if they require repairs or sterilisation, MAMTASTIC reserves the right to reject the return or deduct up to 25% from your refund. If you cannot ship the products back to us, we can arrange collection for an additional charge which will be exact amount quoted by ParcelForce or DPD, whichever is cheaper, unless the return is due to our fault - then we will cover all costs.
Is your item faulty, and it has been over 14 days since you received it?
Oh no! We’ll do our best to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Please email some images of the issue and a short description of what's wrong to our email address. Include a copy of your proof of purchase to begin the warranty process of getting this exchanged – hello@mamtastic.co.uk. Please note, we will only be able to action a guarantee within the warranty period. Contact us if you are not sure how long the warranty is for your product.
General wear & tear including fabric fraying, zips breaking and general wear and tear may not be covered under a manufacturer’s guarantee or returns process.
If your item has developed a fault due to misuse, incorrect storage, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, this will not be classified as a manufacturing fault and we may not accept the return.
