Standard - UK AND IRELAND DESTINATIONS: FREE SHIPPING

Standard - US / CANADA / AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND DESTINATIONS: FREE SHIPPING

Transit time: 2-4 days for products stocked in the UK (labelled with 'express delivery' label) shipped to UK addresses; 5-14 days for all other orders including worldwide and shipped from our fulfilment facilities.

Orders to remote locations (for example British Isles incl. Isle of Man) may take up to 35 days due to difficulty in finding a suitable freight for the parcels via our shipping and fulfilment partners.

We are based in the United Kingdom but we offer both domestic and international shipping.

All orders are tracked - you will receive your tracking number and link to track your parcel shortly after your order is processed.

All UK orders stocked domestically are shipped using Evri (formerly Hermes), DPD and ParcelForce pending availability and pricing. International orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked, UPS or DHL pending pricing and availability. Shipping options and their respective cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.  All items stocked domestically will be processed the next working day and once shipped, should arrive with you within 3 working days. Orders placed after 12PM will be counted as placed next working day. 

We stock and ship certain items through our fulfilment partners, some of which may be based overseas, including Germany, Poland, United States and China, which allows us to keep our prices competitive and our product quality high. Items shipped from our fulfilment partner warehouse will be shipped within 3 working days from the date or order, and once shipped will arrive with you within 14 days (5-9 days on average), All products, unless indicated differently by their product description or by a 'Express Shipping' label under their price, are shipped from our fulfilment partner warehouse by default.

As part of our 14 days money-back guarantee, If your parcel gets lost or takes longer than 28 days to arrive, you will receive a full refund and you can keep the items once they arrive.
